DAY 17--

No fairies so far--
so I had to make a decision--
I went through my stash of cross stitch cloth last evening--
and I actually found one that is the exact color as the 36 ct--
only it is only 28ct and soft to work with--

and here is where I am now--
and here is yesterdays--

the camera makes this one look darker--
but believe me they are the same--
now with the larger count, the new one will come out alittle larger-
but that is ok with me--
and while I was starting over--
I decided I wanted some blues in mine--
I do alot of blue snowmen after Christmas--

so I am having fun picking my own colors--
but let me tell you--this new one has not been a 'picnic' either--
first I got 4 letters in of 'winter' before I discovered that I was stitching it in the wrong direction--
so had to frog that and start over--
and I have no idea what it is about 'e'--but the 'e' in sleigh--
I redid it 4-5 times before I got it right?????
